Siemens electronic gas hob gives you the best of both worlds as you benefit from electric hob technology coupled with gas cooking. Should the gas flame go out, the automatic burner re-ignition sensor automatically relights it. Once a burner has been used, a residual heat indicator stays lit until the burner and surrounding areas are cool enough to touch and clean.

The control panel on some Siemens models features several clear LED indicator lights. These tell you the status of each individual burner. They will also let you know of any disruption to the gas or electricity supply. There's also a quick stop function if you’re cooking and the telephone rings.
