Ventitherm® Precision is the ultimate in fan cooking. The fan gently circulates hot air around the oven to give an even temperature throughout. The ring element as well as the top and bottom elements are also electronically controlled for precise heat management. This precise heat distribution and temperature control gives perfect cooking results and is ideal for cooking dishes like soufflés. Ventitherm® Precision also allows a greater range of cooking temperatures from 30°C to 300°C, ideal for bread proving to browning crème brulees.
